Subscription Terms & Conditions
Purchase Location
Memberships may only be purchased at outlets that offer the Subscription Program.
Purchase Restrictions
A new subscription package may only be purchased after the current active subscription expires. Subscriptions only include regular play access. Additional paid products, services, or activities are subject to the terms of each outlet.
Account Setup
The visitor's name, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address must be provided at the time of purchase to create and maintain the subscription account.
Validity Period
The subscription is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase.
Outlet Locations
The subscription package may only be used at locations designated by Playtopia and agreed to by the visitor.
Refund and Transfer Policy
All play tickets included in the subscription package are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
Entry and Verification Requirements
Membership for the Registered Child
Membership is valid only for 1 (one) child whose name is registered at the time of purchase. Proof of the child's date of birth must be provided upon registration. Membership cannot be transferred or used by another child.
Verification at the Cashier
Subscribers must log in to their account on their own device for verification at the counter. Verification must be performed directly through their Playtopia App account. Screenshots of barcodes, QR codes, or account pages cannot be used to access subscription benefits.
Photo and Verification
Visitors must have a photo taken at the Playtopia cashier area as part of membership verification. The photo is used to match the child's identity with the subscription details and ensure that the membership is used by the registered child. The photo must clearly show the child's face. Playtopia reserves the right to request another photo when needed for verification.
Age Requirements
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent and/or a legally authorized adult guardian while playing. Adult companion tickets cannot be used for entry without accompanying a child who is playing. Playtopia reserves the right to request proof of a visitor's age when necessary.
Re-entry
Playtime is limited to a maximum of 2 hours per day in 1 session, starting from check-in when the child enters the play area.
Safety Requirements
Child Supervision
Children must always be accompanied and supervised by a parent and/or adult guardian aged 17 or above while in the play area. For safety and smooth operations, the accompanying parent and/or guardian cannot be replaced or swapped after entering the play area.
Health
For everyone's safety, visitors declare that the accompanying adult and/or child participating in play activities is physically and mentally healthy and fit to participate, and has no health conditions that may increase the risk of injury, including:
- A history of heart attack, heart rhythm disorders, stroke, or blood vessel disorders
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure/hypertension
- Epilepsy or a history of seizures
- Severe or uncontrolled respiratory disorders, including severe asthma
- Balance disorders or conditions that may cause loss of consciousness
- Injuries or disorders of the spine, neck, or back
- Injuries or disorders of the bones, joints, or muscles
- Conditions that may worsen due to jolts, vibrations, or impacts
- A history of surgery or serious injuries that have not fully healed
- Any other health conditions for which a doctor advises against play activities
Pregnant and Elderly Visitors
Visitors understand that some attractions are not permitted for pregnant and/or elderly visitors, as activities in the play area may involve movements, impacts, pressure, vibrations, speed, heights, or certain physical activities that may pose risks to pregnant visitors and their unborn children, as well as elderly visitors.
Safe Play Rules
If visitors and/or other participants endanger themselves or others while playing, they agree that Playtopia may stop their participation and that they will not receive any compensation.
Understanding the Risks
Visitors acknowledge and understand that play activities at Playtopia involve certain inherent risks.
Security Requirements
Visitors are not permitted to smoke (including all types of cigarettes, vapes, and similar products) while in the play area.
Gambling, being intoxicated, and bringing or using sharp weapons, illegal drugs, or alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the play area.
For everyone's safety and comfort, visitors understand that their personal belongings and valuables are their own responsibility while at Playtopia. Visitors agree to store and safeguard valuables such as cash, mobile phones, jewelry, cards, documents, and electronic devices in the storage facilities provided, or carry them while playing in accordance with the applicable rules.
Resale Prohibition
Subscription packages, benefits, and/or admission tickets may not be resold through third parties or other platforms without Playtopia's written approval. If resale activity or suspected fraud is identified, Playtopia reserves the right to cancel the subscription package without a refund.
General Provisions
Playtopia reserves the right to make the final interpretation of all applicable terms and conditions.
