How to register a Playtopia account?

Hi Playtopia users, to complete your profile, you need to fill in your detailed information in the Playtopia Account Center. If you are a new user or don't have a Playtopia account and want to register, follow these steps below:

1. Go to homepage on Playtopia apps.

2. You can register using phone number.

3. Put the OTP number.

4. Set up a PIN to access the app.

5. Input parent and child's information.

6. Congratulations! Your account is all set and can be used across all Playtopia apps.

What is Playtopia PIN ?

The Playtopia PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a secure 6-digit code used as a fast and safe verification method in the Playtopia app. Currently, it is required for logging in to your account.

How do I login into my Playtopia account?

1. Go to homepage on Playtopia apps.

2. Press the login button & input your phone number.

3. Input your PIN

4. If your PIN is correct, you should be logged in.

I forgot my PIN, what should I do?

Hi Playtopia users, to log into your account you need to reset your PIN by following these steps:

1. Go to homepage on Playtopia apps.

2. Press the login button & input your phone number.

3. Press the "Forgot your PIN" text.

4. Input OTP number.

5. Set a new PIN.

6. Congratulations! Your PIN has been reset.

I want to delete my account

Hi Playtopia users, to delete your account you have to be logged in and then follow these steps below:

1. Go to the account menu

2. Press "Others" & then press the "Delete Account".

3. Review the criteria to ensure your account is eligible for deletion.

4. If eligible, you will enter the deletion page. Read the information carefully, tick the Terms & Conditions checkbox, and click Continue.

5. Verify that the account details are correct, select a reason for deletion, and proceed to Delete Account.

6. Confirm your decision to delete the account.

7. If deletion is successful, you will be shown a time of when your account will be deleted.

Booking

How to create a booking ?

Hi Playtopia users, to create a booking, you must be logged in & follow these steps below:

1. Choose an outlet at homescreen or the outlet menu

2. Press "Buy Ticket"

3. Pick your booking date & number of visitors and continue

4. Complete the visitor information and press continue.

5. Choose a payment method, make sure your booking information are correct and press continue

6. An account number will be generated, follow the payment steps correctly & make your payment.

7. Once payment is confirmed by Playtopia, a notification should pop up. If not, press the "Check Payment Status" Button

8. Congratulations! After the payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to your booking details where you'll find your QR code.

How check my booking?

Hi Playtopia users, to check your bookings, you must be logged in & follow these steps below:

1. Go to "Booking" menu.

2. Your active bookings will be shown

3. Press a ticket to access your QR Code

4. Press "Booking History" to view all your booking purchases

How do I use my online ticket?

Hi Playtopia users, to use your bookings, you must be logged in & follow these steps below:

1. Go to "Booking" menu.

2. Your active bookings will be shown

3. Press a ticket to access your QR Code

4. Show the cashier your QR code to be scanned

5. The cashier will print & give you your wristband

6. Put on your wristband, and you're all set to play!
